Mission Statement:

Living Rock Medical Centre's mission is to provide quality patient care and facilitate research into medical practice.


Our Vision:

Living Rock Medial Centre aims to provide continuous, quality care and services to promote the health of children and adults of all ages in our community in a holistic, person-centred care model. Our goal is to ensure evidence-based practice as supported by current research findings. We are dedicated to providing a holistic approach to all of our health care services to ensure the highest degree of integrated patient care in full support of the patient’s wellbeing and wholeness.

The healthcare team includes GPs and nurses in partnership with professional, friendly administrative staff. A variety of Allied Health services are available. 

Pathology services are provided at the clinic by Australian Clinicalabs, St John of God Pathology, Healthscope Pathology and Barratt and Smith Pathology. 

Your personal health information

Your medical record is confidential. We value your privacy and recognise that people receiving care and people providing care all have important parts to play in achieving health care rights. Thus, it is the policy of Living Rock Medical Centre to maintain security of personal information and to ensure that this information is only available to authorised staff. 
If you need access to your record please let us know and we can assist you. 

Phone calls and e-mails are sent to remind patients of booked appointments. If you do not wish to receive these phone calls or e-mails, please advise the receptionist.

Social Media Use Policy

‘Social media’ is defined as online social networks used to disseminate information through online interaction.  Our practice is not in favour of sharing any business-related information through the use social media.  All team members are strictly advice to limit their use of social medial postings for personal reasons. The following standards apply to members of our practice team, including general practitioners. Practitioners and team members are legally responsible for their postings online. Practitioners and team members may be subject to liability and disciplinary action including termination of employment or contract if their posts are found to be in breach of this policy.
