Telehealth Services
Consultations are now available via Telehealth.

General practice and specialist services are available on Telehealth platform by AHPRA accredited medical practitioners. Services available include:

Online consultations

Online prescription
-
Specialist referrals

Medical Certificates
-
Pathology referrals

Radiology referrals

If video consultation is required, the patient is required to have a smart mobile phone or desktop computer with stable internet connection and front facing camera. ​

Only a single script is provided after a short consultation as per AHPRA guideline. If multiple scripts or scripts with repeats is required, a standard GP consultation is required.
​
Sedatives, S8 and S4 medications may not be prescribed during online consultation. There is no guarantee that each GP consultation will result in a prescription.
Consultation fee is non-refundable. Out of pocket fees will be incurred for all Telehealth consultations.
Your doctor will advise you if it is necessary for you to attend the clinic in person.
